Cora is Crawling!

Big things have happened since my last post. Cora has decided that reverse is for babies and she is offically crawling, forward! It is amazing to think that she has only been able to sit unassisted since around Christmas. The video that I have included was taken about a week ago and she has made a lot of improvement since then. She has even started pulling up on things like the hearth (scary) and our legs, and of course, Daisy. It is hard to believe how much she has changed in this short time. February has been such a big month for her. The dogs are really starting to get nervous...
I have also included her 7 month old rocking chair picture. Late is better than never. It is so hard to get Cora to sit still for a picture now. Especially in a rocker!

Our Sweet Girls

When we took Grandma Jennie back to Reidsville on Sunday, we stopped at Gram's house. Misty and Laurel-Ann came over too for a little play date. They are growing up so fast. Lood at both girls trying to crawl. They are only making backward progress so far. I know it won't be long.Laurie, this picture made me think of you (and your little Emily). I remember the picture of Emily stuck under a red couch. I had to grab my camera for this one of Cora doing the same thing at my mom's house! She keeps sliding everywhere in reverse. I know she will be changing gears soon!

Grandma Jennie came to stay for the weekend. We had a great time and Cora loved all of the extra-extra attention. *By the way, those were Coy's pajamas when he was a little guy! They're a perfect fit :)

"Aunt Emmie" came by on Friday night to bring a present for Cora- a handmade hat! We LOVE it! Now if only we had some February weather to go with it. Not that I'm complaining. Wow, Cora is so lucky to have so many people who love her! Thanks so so so much!

Family Fun

We had a family lunch last Sunday and got to see lots of our people. There are so many babies now! We even got a new one on Monday. April had baby John Marshall. Everyone is doing great and he is so cute!
Cora is still eating everything that we offer her. We're so fortunate for that. I understand that there are some babies that don't care for solid foods. Cora loves everything. Her latest taste sensation is mango. Yum! One bite for Cora, one bite for mama, one bite for Cora...

Morgan is only 3 months old. Look at that hair! Beautiful!

"Thanks for bringing this puzzle, Laurel-Ann. It's delicious!"

Cora now sleeps with her hiney in the air. It is so adorable. And yes, those are Christmas pajamas. They still fit- we're gonna get a few extra wears out of them.
